there were only 40 or so people on first flight and 15 total on 2nd flight - Nobody within 5 rows of us any direction.
Note that rear door exit and boarding at BUR has been suspended.

Kind of surprised but maybe a sign that some routes are doing better than 25% loads. I'm actually fine with boarding later as I can try to select a less crowded section (assuming there aren't too many behind me...)
