Sammy, there is a short period each night where the Ticketless system is taken offline and updated. If your transaction falls in that period, the e-mails remain in limbo until the system comes back online. Since I think these post times are in Pacific Time and Gotham City is Eastern Time, the timing would be right to place your transaction in this period.
