Help! 16 pts but no Award Ticket?

Help! 16 pts but no Award Ticket?
Hi, there, I just flew a flight on Oct 6. As I just checked today (Oct. 10th), I have accumulated 16 pts. However, there is no award ticket in my account or sent to me by email? How long does it take for them to issue an award ticket?

It has always taken about 4-5 days AFTER by 16th point has posted for the actual award to show up in my account. Give it a few days, it'll be there.
