Delay posting credit card points to RR account?

Mine posted on time this month also. So after 3 months in a row of late posting and now 1 month of timely posting, is the problem now fixed or is this month the outlier? Time will tell I guess.

I accidentally hit my spending requirement for my bonus in December vs January (trying to get companion Jan 2024) statement close date is December 28th. What are the chances my points post to my SW account in January? Does SW post points in non-business days? Hoping my saving grace is weekend + holiday will push me over..

yes sorry today is the closing date.. was hoping if it doesn’t post tomorrow then I’d be saved by weekend and holiday.

Even when they posted late for months recently, they always back-dated the posting to your statement close date

You'll see yours tomorrow in the morning, back-dated to today

My statement closed on 1/1/24 and I had 137K points post. Took a few days to show up and now it says Congrats you earned companion but through 12/31/24... should be 12/31/25. Should I call or wait?

Statement closed on the 3rd, Chase showing 132000 for the year, Southwest still not showing. Glad I didn't have flights this weekend.
I should have the promo companion pass as well starting yesterday but never got any confirmation on that either.

you’re fine. Wait a few days. The big issue is if the companion will say through 2024 or 2025

I am not same boat. Statement closed Jan 3 and points aren’t showing. I have flights this coming Thursday and need the CP

Are you saying you earned 132,000 between Dec 3 and Jan 3? How did you do that?

How many points does the Chase statement show the the points being transferred over to SWA?

Jan 5 is my posting date. TQP used to post at same as companion qualifying and overall credit card points. Spent over $5K and the 1500 TQP did not post concurrently as it did every month in 2023.

Applied for a premier business via referral in early Sept, it went pending and was approved Sept 13. Spent $2800 prior to Dec 3 statement, and $12201 after December 3, getting both the $3k/60,000 and $15k/60,000 bonuses with the January 3rd statement.
My CP ended up posting morning of the 8th
