But I'm killing it on CP bonus point promo (that I don't need, already earned it for 2024); 88k CP points last 2 months. Can I convert those to just 18k in TQPs?

Speaking of which, has anyone received the promotional TQPs for spend 9/1-10/31 (3000 TQPs for $5k spend, I think)? I know it said up till 8 weeks after the promo period ends, but just asking if it has posted to anyone's account yet?

I wish there was an easier way to get to A-list. It was nice when we had it.

We are looking to gain over 160,000 points on my account and 40,000 on wifes account (referrals) over the next month or so.

If this continues, lots of folks looking to use CP shortly after they earned it will be upset. Everyone can understand one or maybe even 2-3 days delay. But this is getting crazy.

I have faith that anybody earning it prior to 12/31 will still get it, even if stuff does not post until January - with the proper date.

Hope Southwest Customer Service is getting prepped for the upcoming mess.

Weak CYA answer.

DATAPOINT: Statement closed on Nov 27. Points showed on SW account this morning (29th) and shows date of 11/27. It was not there on 27th or 28th.

that might be a new record.

I assume you have looked at your chase acct online and can see the points on your statement to move over - right?
