I don't know about y'all, but that lady can sit next to me anytime she wants.

It seems another person of Color has been slighted by Southwest this week:

Y'all and All y'all are two very different things. Example: I ran into a husband / wife musician duo at my closest Costco. I was surprised to see them in the NW part of town, and remarked about that. They told me they lived "mid-town," so the Costco in the NW part of town was most convenient to them. I replied that "I thought y'all lived south!" In hindsight I realized how wrong that was. What I said to them was equivalent to "I thought the two of you lived south!" (while in fact I had no notion where the two of them live). What I was trying to convey was that "I thought all local musicians lived south." Huge difference!! "All y'all" would have absolutely been correct in that situation.

Lol, so much this! LAS is home, and watching the deplaning passengers while I wait for my departure is always good for some laughs! Clubbing attire, partiers, folks coming down off their buzz after the 4 hour flight, people running for the first slot machine, etc. I just smile and think, Thanks for coming and leaving your money!

The good ole days, we go 3 -4 times a year and haven't been there in over a year. Hoping for January 2021

Word has it lots of ladies fly to LAS for the weekend from places like LAX.

If you catch my implication.

There was a recent, not too horrible, TV show about this very premise...

I flew MCO-MDW on 10/19 and saw worse than this, including one woman that was just wearing a mens undershirt, fairly see through. To the best of my knowledge nothing was said.

So much better than that awful "you guys" or "use guys"

I wouldn’t start a written sentence with any of those colloquialisms.
