My Companion Pass Qualifying Points shows a huge jump, but no points were added to my account. In fact, as of yesterday it shows under activity "0" points, and "Customer Service Adjustment." So in a weird way, it's like I was credited for the points for companion pass qualification, but the points were then removed or zero-ed out from my account. I'll keep checking but that's what it shows for now.

April 13th - "Customer Service Adjustment" 0 points. CP awarded April 13th a day before the 25K actually posted.
April 14th - "Southwest Chase Bonus" +25,000 points.
There is a 1-day delay for points to post.

Posted April 13, under Companion Pass Qualifying Points: 25k
Posted April 14, under All Points: 0k
Will hope it posts later on today or tomorrow, may be running in batches.
I'm sure like a lot of people though I have a LOT of points, just waiting for when I can use them!

I'm glad I registered -- surprisingly, I managed to make the 25,000 threshold by about 1,000 points. Two card annual renewal bonuses helped.
April 13: Customer Service Adjustment 0 PTS
April 15: Southwest Chase Bonus +6,908 PTS
Switch to "Companion Pass Qualifying Points" view and the April 13 "0 PTS" changes to "+6,908 PTS" so I suspect these may have been entered manually (or maybe is just oddly programmed).
(Previously, a 0 point line item usually meant you'd crossed the $10,000 threshold and earned 1,500 tier qualifying points via certain RR credit cards, but those post as "Rapid Rewards Credit Card.")

Mine posted now. full 25k. had quite a bit of spend, but also earned a large SUB in there as well. Dec/Jan/Feb statements had SUB spend, Tax payments, Holiday shopping and travel, I was gunning for CP with one card SUB so had to spend a bunch too. Qualified for CP in early march when my statement with 2x referrals posted.

My expected 25% bonus posted with a date of 15 April. Curiously I also got the 0 point "Customer Service adjustment" a few days earlier. I don't know if that's connected to this bonus or something else -- like the one-time boost to TQPs and CPQPs GK announced today (see separate thread).

When did you see the "customer service adjustment" post? In my case, it took two days following that for the associated Southwest Chase Bonus to post.

The COVID accommodation points haven't started posting yet. (Although my understanding is that they may start overnight tonight.)

Looks like I got them. I just wasn't looking at it correctly as both the customer service and the chase credit for me were 25k.
Customer service adjustment happened on 4/13 and the chase points posted on 4/14. The chase points were NOT CPQP.

As I check my points tallies more carefully I see that the mystery April 13 "Customer Service Adjustment" actually is the bonus for the 25% points promo. It's the CP-qualifying aspect of those points.
When I view my points from the main screen the April 13 entry shows as zero.... but the main screen is showing redeemable points. The redeemable points from the promo posted under a separate line item on April 15. Southwest seems to have split the redeemable and CPQP aspects of the promo.
