SW System Auto Cancelling Duplicate Flights, etc

ive never had a problem with dupe flights (same origin and destination) on different days... until today
flight number one was afternoon flight, arriving at destination after midnight
flight number 2 was the next day, early morning departure landing in afternoon, was cancelled within about 24 hours
perhaps the fact that flight number 1 landed in its destination after midnight made the system think it is the same day

Whaaat? That's great news! Last time i did it (early 2018?) I called CR weekly for several weeks to keep getting my segment runs reinstated. At the time it seemed as though they had no way to prevent it. Glad to hear that they've figured it out!

Cancelbot hit me- the later flight was still technically flyable- but what's the real problem is I didn't get any E-mail about it, just noticed it had disappeared from "My Trips" and was showing up in my TTF summary.
