Ironically enough, I get it for free but since Netflix lets you download offline content, once I log in (via a portable travel router, so I can share to all my devices) I only tend to use it to get Google Voice texts and when I get an E-mail. Maybe one flight in 5 will I try to browse any pages, and it's a crap shoot as to thruput.

If the goal was to keep Global Eagle on its toes, it certainly seems to have worked, as Global Eagle’s service quickly improved on the heels of well-reported Ku capacity boosts by the firm.
Ah, competition. Maybe there's a silver lining to this after all?
