Since the topic is the Shopping Portal, had another quick question:
I made two purchases at Sears a couple weeks ago for the Samsung Galaxy tab deal with $150 in ShopYourWay points, etc... I needed up calling to cancel one of the orders (where I didn't fully utilize all the coupon codes I had found later on, and the SYW points were only $105 worth, heh).
Anyway, both orders posted 4500 points within a 2-3 days.
I am under the impression the points for the canceled order will eventually be taken away...
So the question is, when? i.e., if anyone has experience in this situation, how long after your cancellation did the points get taken back.
And secondly, say you've already used the points and booked a flight. Will your account go in the negative?
