It was mistakenly re-opened September 2015 due to a false rumor that Southwest had eliminated the "open to all" award search functionality in a website overhaul.
It was closed again on 27-Oct-2015 due to its continued obsolescence. Please use this URL for Award availability searches, and bookmark the URL in case you need it again in the future.

this is my first time using a standard award with WN. I see availability BNA-SAN for friday, but none on the return sunday. Does anyone here have any experience as to whether the spots will open up or not. I checked EF for available seats and it is moderately full across the whole day.
