My bet is definitely Cincinnati.
Reason: I believe Delta will give Cincinnati the heave ho come September (ala St. Louis w/AA and Pittsburgh w/US). Southwest loves to move in where a large chunk of capacity is coming out.

CVG would make sense. While some may think it'll dilute CMH, I think it'll affect competitor routes more, esp. AirTran FL in Dayton that has served as the LCC for the Cincinnati area. It'd also affect certain specific routes. If WN launches a CVG-BWI route, it'd be very much take share from FL 3x a day DAY-BWI.

At the time the SJTA scored the WestJet Toronto-Atlantic City route, SJTA had said they wanted a Chicago to Atlantic City route, with the hopes Chicago residents would go to the Atlantic City casinos. [My thought is SJTA should try to strengthen ACY-BOS with another airline and better frequency, rather than trying for Chicago right away]. The legacy airlines realize ACY is not their cup of tea.
So, if the SJTA/casino could create a lucrative deal for Southwest, much like the real estate developer in Panama City FL, WN could do 2x a day from ACY-MDW, much like they do 2x a day. Or ACY-CLE-MDW, if not to add more strain at MDW, with a side benefit of serving CLE to the PHL region. In end, still a better flight time into ACY, over AirTran which would go via Atlanta.

For my own selfish purposes, I hope they expand to BOS-PHL so I don't have to drive to MHT or PVD for my US flights to PHL. Hopefully competition will drive the price down from $1100 RT out of BOS.

I don't think we'll see WN go anywhere but ATL if the actual intent is to serve Atlanta. Consider this excerpt from Christine Negroni's excellent Gary Kelly interview from last week:
...What happens when all of a sudden you have a low fare carrier comes to Logan? And now both airports compete on fares? We go to Logan...

It will have need to be installed the ETOPS overwater restrictions with liferaft & lifevest, too. If mostly 73G will have to be cutoff 120 minutes ETOPS from FAA certifications. I am not commit about the overwater restrictions.

As an Atlanta based flyer I would LOVE to have SW.
I don't think it's happening anytime soon. No gates for sale! Delta and/or AirTran aren't giving up the slots to SW.
Not to mention why screw up thier ratings with our horrid airport and it's dismal "on time" ratings.
(I can't recall the last "on time" arrival I had here )

GSP is the one. It'd be the same for GSP(as the BHM run out I-20 W, and many do that and have for years), just a quick run up I-85 no need to get off 85 until you get to the GSP airport exit from ATL.Plus lots of business travel out of GSP area for many manufacturing concerns, you name it,tire companies, auto parts/auto manufacturers and many more.Plenty of room for expansion also at GSP if needed and GSP airport would welcome WN with anything I am sure.
I don't think MEM or ATL is a reality.
The CRJ idea, RJ"s are parked all over the US unused when fuel prices changed. I go by an airport every day where RJ's sit, over 40 parked some with engines stripped, almost new.RJ's are not feasible right now, and WN is too savvy to go that route.

COME ON CAE!
Though CLT or GSP would be OK, CHS wouldn't be bad, not that anyone cares....
