Programs: No single airline or hotel chain is of much use to me anymore.

I'm sure they will get used even if they're just given to staff local to Orlando when things begin reopening, it's just an all-round frustrating situation.
I'm not out my own money, the attendees would have received Disney World passes but this group was much more interested in Harry Potter than Disney.
