Flat bed seats on SAA IAD-JNB?

Flat bed seats on SAA IAD-JNB?
I am flying on SA 208 from IAD to JNB next Saturday and was wondering if the flight will have angle flat seats or flat bed seats. Does anyone know for sure? FLYSAA.com lists the A340-300 with angle flats, but Seatguru.com says they are flat bed seats. Has anyone been on this flight recently?

Flat. You'll get the classic SAA flatbed seats.

While Flysaa.com is a little bad it does list all long haul aircraft as having full flat beds.
