Connecting in CDG from 2D to 2A
Hi,
I will be flying from Munich to CDG on AF 1423 arriving at terminal 2D and connecting to CO 55 departing from terminal 2A. Is a easy walk?? i guess is no way that i can stay airside in order to avoid double security check points.
Any advise would be appreciated.
Also, what lounges CDG has on termial 2A? I have my priority pass card but not sure if any lounge in that area will take it.
Thanks

CDG is an airport I avoid at all costs. IIRC correctly, though, there is also a transfer bus service between the the different parts of T2 if you don't want to walk.
As you have a Priority Pass card, check www.prioritypass.com and you will find they offer the American Airlines Admirals Club in 2A.

Actually, the airsdie bus skips 2D (and 2F1) becuase they are Schengen terminals. You will have to walk to or from 2D. The other terminals are connected by airside bus which keeps you form having to go through passport control (which is helpful for those not possessing a visa for France/the Schengen states but wanting to connect).

What about from terminal 2B to 2A
I am flying with AF from Prague on 1383(2B) and connecting with CO 55(2A) with less than 2 hours layover. Do i have to walk landside as well and go through security twice? Is noon a bad time for connecting through CDG?
I guess they will take my luggage from Prague all the way to LAX even though i am using AF and CO combined.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

There's no problem with AF interlining your baggage to CO. Your baggage will be checked through to LAX.
Unfortunately, as the airside shuttle runs clockwise, 2B to 2A is the longest ride with stops at 2F2, (2E ?) and 2C before reaching 2A. Once you have cleared immigration in 2A, you need to walk 5-7mn to reach immigration in 2A.
In any case, 2 hours should be fine.
Enjoy your flights

!If i take the airside shuttle do i still need to clear immigration twice??
Why do they do that when you are not staying in France at all??
