Lounge Access
I am trying to arrange a meeting room at EWR for tommorow. Unfortunately- although travelling intl business class- I am not a member of the Presidents Club and therefore cannot book a room until the day of. The real issue with this is that I have 4 attendees who are not travelling that day. As a result, I am being told that I need to put there names on the this 24Hrs in advance.
Combined, these two requirements leave me in quite a quandry: 1) Hope I am being told the wrong information 2) Buy a club memebership to gain access 3) Identify more flexible clubs on the concorse 4) Identify convenient meeting areas prior to security.
Can anyone confirm that I am being told the correct information?
Are there more flexible clubs (ie. other airlines or non-airline facilities) after security on the same concorse as EWR-LHR continental departures?
Is there a pre-security facility in the airport or very close by that I could reserve?
Thanks!

Furthermore, CO does not have a PC in the B terminal.
