The 777 seat map is displayed on the AZ website, and is, as I undrstand it relatively accurate. The seats are supposed to be pretty good.
The 767 seats are also displayed, but apparently relate to only one or two of the 767's. The row counts and spacings are different, and some are 2 1 2, others are 2 2 1. The seat comfort is inferior to UA, which is a middlie grade product. Entertainment is bottom quality.
Ask which lounge you should use. You have priveledges with the ticket, and should use the lounge that AZ check-in recommends.

However, those seat maps aren't always correct.
Note that page address refers to 727200 but shows a map for a 727-300.
