coordinating CO and DL award tix
i have 50,000 miles on DL and 50,000 on CO and I want to burn them. plan is to fly two adults coach to Europe, but would consider other international destinations.
1. Any suggestions on the best way to go about coordinating a flight for 2 pax on the same flights using miles from 2 different SkyTeam programs?
2. Does availability on a given airline (say, NW) for reward travel vary depending on where the miles come from (ie, CO or DL)?
I have found it very difficult to find availability to Europe, any other suggestions? I'd be willing to fly to YYT from my home base in PDX (wanted to see Newfoundland ever since reading The Shipping News), but most Canada destinations are not all that expensive and I wouldn't necessarily want to burn the miles to get there.

We did it...
for routing: TLV-PRG-JFK-CDG-TLV, where the outbound was on OK and the inbound on AF. 2 tickets using DL and 1 using CO. Since the 1 on CO was for our 3 year old, we had to give some information regarding the adult flying on the DL itinerary.
Good luck!
Good luck!
