ST E+ and extra luggage
Hi,
Travelling on a ticket OSL-AMS-MSP-GFK where the last two legs are with Delta, will I be allowed to check in one extra piece on 20 kg free of charge as SkyTeam Elite Plus? I ask as the last leg of the flight is US domestic, and according to the SkyTeam information US domestic isn't included - but it's not specified if this includes connections from international flights.
Best,
FC.

Delta's baggage rules (including allowances for ST E+) are here: Standard Checked Baggage Allowance.
It seems that ST E+ travelling in Y within the US and Canada get two pieces of 23kg each. However, if you're on a single international ticket, then I think you will get whatever the allowance is printed on your ticket, plus one piece.

Thank you both for replying.
Hm, ok. It's my future employer buing the ticket and I won't get a paper copy untill the night before, so I can't check. And when I get the paper copy, I will already have completed the first leg of the trip down to OSL. I was told they would buy 2 x 23kg, so what I'm hoping is that I can bring a 3rd piece as well. Question is how it is within ST when it comes to baggage allowance when
a) using two different airlines
b) having the last leg with us domestic
I know it works that way with *A, but I was told that it was more complicated than that with ST. Are you sure?
