ST E+ and extra luggage
Hi,
Travelling on a ticket OSL-AMS-MSP-GFK where the last two legs are with Delta, will I be allowed to check in one extra piece on 20 kg free of charge as SkyTeam Elite Plus? I ask as the last leg of the flight is US domestic, and according to the SkyTeam information US domestic isn't included - but it's not specified if this includes connections from international flights. Best, FC. |
Delta's baggage rules (including allowances for ST E+) are here: Standard Checked Baggage Allowance.
It seems that ST E+ travelling in Y within the US and Canada get two pieces of 23kg each. However, if you're on a single international ticket, then I think you will get whatever the allowance is printed on your ticket, plus one piece. |
ST E+ and extra luggage

Thank you both for replying. :)

AFAIK, it is a US DOT rule. as such, I'd be surprised if it was different on ST.
if you want to make sure, just call KLM... |
