Sorry, I don't understand what website you mention (link?)
Only one website refers to earning charts: Flying Blue.
If your flight number starts with an airline code from one of the Flying Blue partner airlines (e.g. AZ 0123) the accrual scheme of that specific partner (in this case Alitalia) will apply, even if the flight is operated by another airline. Please check the relevant airline partner page for more information about the number of Miles you can earn.

Sorry to bump this thread, but I would like to obtain some updated information. It seems to me that Flying Blue is still the best program to get STE, right (only 30 segments needed)? If you fly Delta, 30 segments only gives you Silver status, not to mention the spending requirement. If I can fly 30 segments in a year, is there any program easier than Flying Blue to obtain STE? Thanks!

FB is changing completely the rules for miles earning (revenue-based) and status qualification from April 1st, 2018. You will find all details in the FB forum of Flyertalk.

With the FB devaluation, does anyone have thoughts about what is now the best way to get STE+?
I am tempted to part ways with FB and do a status challenge with DL against my CX Diamond status.

Im more than tempted to part ways with both Delta and FB. Im sitting on the tarmac waiting for the gate to become available so I can get off of last Delta flight ever. Most of my status was earned on Delta hardware, yet I still have to pay for lounge passes and am consistently at the bottom of the upgrade list with W tickets ? If Im status challenging, Im going to look at United since Im already a JPM Chase VISA Infinite customer.

you can have status on all airlines FFP if you want but you cannot credit a flight to several FFPs, of course (except in exceptional circumstances when you are involuntarily rebooked on another airline in case of irrop).

YOu always have lower priority than Delta Medallions, don't you?
