I am sure we all have different ideas about which airlines they would wish to have join Skyteam. Here is my wish list.

my needs are simple. just QF for solid ST->Oceania coverage.

And while you are at it a pony, world peace and being less shallow would be nice.

I would be happy with BR, but looks like the get the ugly sister, CI.

Would not VA be the obvious choice for this region? [Edit, not really the same region, but as close as I can come]

Or to be simple, the entire Virgin collection.

There are some of us, even very frequent flyers, who don't have the two letter abbreviations for every airline in the world memorized, and who don't know how to quickly decode them (or who don't have the patience to decode long lists one-by-one). How about posting your "dream teams" in human-readable form so us mere mortals can enjoy the fun?

I understand your frustration. I have, on numerous occasions, have had to look up the lis of airline codes.
