Question Miles earned with different members

Hi there,

I have earned miles with different airplane companies of the same Skyteam.
ie: KLM; Delta and Korean Air.

Can I use all my miles of those different members of the Skyteam and get one free round-trip flight for some destination?
How does it work when you have miles from different members of the same group, in my case Skyteam?

I know now, I am using always the same aiplane company to get all my miles on the same card.

Thank you very much,
P.

I'm afraid you can't. You can redeem an award ticket only from one account (you cannot combine the balance of each card). But if you have sufficient a number of miles on each card, you can redeem (different) tickets on each card.

why didn't you combine the miles into one airline in a first place? that is, if you fly skyteam, you could have registered the QM with one specific airline. that way you didn't have this issue (well at least korean air allows me to do so)

Indeed. It is not possible to combine the frequent flyer accounts of different airlines (neither in SkyTeam nor in OneWorld nor in StarAlliance). This is why it would make sense for you to find out with which Skyteam frequent flyer programme you will earn the most miles for the flights (and booking classes) you usually take and to collect miles only with this single programme.
