Lounge access in DEL?

Hi there, flying to DEL on a 9W flight but codeshare with Skyteam. Is there a Skyteam lounge I may be able to access as Elite+ ?

When the operating carrier is not a SkyTeam one, no benefits whatsoever regardless of the ticketing carrier.

Okay, the question stands. Is there any Skyteam lounges in DEL?

P.S. the term "operated by" is used interchangeably with "skyteam carrier ticket" in lounge access policies. I found that they usually are extensive in the concept. For instance, I was able to use lounges in Kuala Lumpur flying on Malaysia codeshare KL... so I'll still try

I was in DEL two weeks ago, in their brand new international terminal (the one that 9W uses for its international flights).

As far as I was able to see, there was only one business/first class lounge in the terminal, managed by a non-airline third party. I was flying CO at the time and was given a pass to access the lounge by the check-in staff.

The lounge itself was quite pleasant - spacious, cold snacks and hot food, wi-fi internet connection as well as PCs provided in the lounge.

Hope this is (at least somewhat) helpful.
