Lounge access in DEL?

Hi there, flying to DEL on a 9W flight but codeshare with Skyteam. Is there a Skyteam lounge I may be able to access as Elite+ ?

When the operating carrier is not a SkyTeam one, no benefits whatsoever regardless of the ticketing carrier.

Okay, the question stands. Is there any Skyteam lounges in DEL? ;)

P.S. the term "operated by" is used interchangeably with "skyteam carrier ticket" in lounge access policies. I found that they usually are extensive in the concept. For instance, I was able to use lounges in Kuala Lumpur flying on Malaysia codeshare KL... so I'll still try :)

I was in DEL two weeks ago, in their brand new international terminal (the one that 9W uses for its international flights).

As far as I was able to see, there was only one business/first class lounge in the terminal, managed by a non-airline third party. I was flying CO at the time and was given a pass to access the lounge by the check-in staff.

The lounge itself was quite pleasant - spacious, cold snacks and hot food, wi-fi internet connection as well as PCs provided in the lounge.

Hope this is (at least somewhat) helpful.
