Does ST realize that Continental has left?

I notice that a lot of Skyteam advertising still includes Continental even though the left mid-October. Just last week I saw a Flying Blue ad in the Air France magazine that had a Continental logo as partner and in LHR T4 they also had Continental listed as a ST partner. Maybe someone should tell them the news...

I believe they have been removed the stickers off the aircraft. Because CO is no longer to be in Skyteam and now, its has been already transferred into Star Alliance. That's why CO doesn't want to be relationship with DL/NW anymore.

Most official methods of communication (Skyteam website) have been updated. But as always, it isn't always successful, as in the case of the once-in-100years updated websites (earn/redeem miles pages) on Flying Blue, Aeroflot etc.

And the MS lounge in CAI doesn't have a CO logo on the partner list. But they absolutely recognized my card and I had a great conversation with the agent about CO joining. Updating the magazine can take time because of publishing deadlines. Same reason that CO will still show up in some ST adverts for a while now. There were a number that came out in late September that excluded CO so there is some effort going in to getting up to speed.

As of at least late November, 2009, American Airlines' standard in-flight international arrival procedures video for U.S. Customs and Immigration still had Aer Lingus's logo among the OneWorld logos. That's "only" 2 1/2 years after Aer Lingus left OneWorld.

I guess either nobody at AA noticed, or AA didn't have enough money to edit the video.

SkyTeam regularly advertises in The Economist, and there, Continental had been removed from the list of members even before their official exit date in October.
