Are the GLE's better than the X5's? I have an X5 booking coming up in JFK.

I think it's a personal preference, the GLE they gave me is pretty new (10k miles) but I kinda prefer the driving dynamics of the X5 (even the regular ones), and for me the nav system and the hud are better (the gle doesn't have it, at least the version I'm driving)

In Portland, OR today. Reserved a BMW 3-series or similar. Of course they didn't have one so they gave me a Mercedes CLE. It's the 2 door Mercedes with the turbo 4 cylinder. They had a nice Jetta GLI on the lot I was going to ask to switch into (I'm not a Benz guy). Probably should have as this car again confirmed the MB isn't for me. Asked about an EV but the rep said there all pulled out of the fleet since people didn't want them. However, she heard they may be getting in Teslas (ugh).

well I’ll answer myself, there is no way of contacting them. I got an email from customer service but it wasn’t working. Wasted an hour to get there, and surprise no X5s which I think is weird for such a big station like LAX, especially in the new building

personally no. No soft close doors , and the seats in my opinion are very uncomfortable. The x5 has a few options, the GLE/GLS are barebones base.
