Sixt...why?

I had the same experience as everybody in the foroum...bad services & big charges...why?
We didn't pay them?...no
We make damage to their car and we didn't recognise it?...no
We are here because they charge us amounts without a reason
They charge me 900 euros for a little scratch to the wheel. Is it possible?Their car can work anyway. So why a have to pay the 1/15 of its value. They gonna sell it anyway sometime(when it's gonna make the money that they invest for that)
Can somebody give some advice,if i must pay them?...Profaktura Auslandsinkasso
Thank you for your time.
🤔🤔🤔🤔

You scratched both a Sixt wheel and a Hertz wheel and in both cases claim it wasn't you? I'm starting to not believe it.

Need help

Again, you leave out pretty much all the relevant details people need in oder to help you.

Bottom line: if a scratch happens during your rental period, it's your fault. Full stop.

Great reasoning. In this spirit, I suggest that you let boys from your nearest college use your home for their parties and tell them that you don't mind the damage if you're still able to sell the house after they use it.

You do not have to pay them at this stage. However, I do hope they go after you and make you pay. I, for one, do not want to bear the cost of your actions in the form of higher rental prices.

+1
Same type of damage with two different rental companies seemingly in a recent timeframe and not the OPs fault. Smells fishy without more details.

Who damaged the car? Do you have photos? Did you sign the exit and return receipts?

Car was delivered without any damage... These, of course, when we delivered our car shown a scratch on the zanta thing that could have been of course before... And after a few days, we were sent home a whole report of scratches supposedly made by us on one rim of the car... With photos and we were told that the car was already repaired in Germany and that it cost the repair of the wheel 900... EURO!!!

The scratches were on the rim of the car and not on the wheel... And they told us that we made them...
