Again, you leave out pretty much all the relevant details people need in oder to help you.

Bottom line: if a scratch happens during your rental period, it's your fault. Full stop.

Same type of damage with two different rental companies seemingly in a recent timeframe and not the OP’s fault. Smells fishy without more details.
