problem with ticket

problem with ticket

I got a parking ticket in Innsbruck, Austria for 32Euros. Sixth sent me a letter letting me know they were charging my card for the ticket. unfortunately, they did not pay for the ticket, they charged me 20 euros administration fee. They them proceeded to charge another 20 euro fee for another letter, and another 20 euros for yet another letter. So basically they charged me three days rental for a notification, and are happy to continue the ripoff ad infinitum. They include a copy of the parking ticket in German, and do not offer to pay it or offer any information on how to pay it, translation, or whom to pay it to.
They also have not returned my deposit from the auto rental ($500), even though it was promised in 3 weeks - it's been a month and a half.
Austria I liked, Sixt are ripoff artists.
