They include a copy of the parking ticket in German, and do not offer to pay it or offer any information on how to pay it, translation, or whom to pay it to.
They also have not returned my deposit from the auto rental ($500), even though it was promised in 3 weeks - it's been a month and a half.
Austria I liked, Sixt are ripoff artists.
