Book now or wait?
Going to Singapore for five nights beginning 31 May. Found a great deal at Royal Plaza on Scotts Hotel, basically $97/night plus tax (but it's non-refundable). Should I jump on this or wait things out and hope - that with demand for travel waning - I can find as good or better deal closer to my travel dates?
