Minimum Connection Time in Changi
Hi,

I am landing in T1 at Changi on the 16.05 (BA11) from LHR in business with hand baggage only. Will I have enough time to get to T3 and catch the 18.25 Vietnam Airlines to Ho Chi Minh, which will be booked on a separate ticket.

assuming the flight arrives no more than ~90 mins late then yes no problem, you come directly off BA11 into T1 and you can take the Skytrain or walk to T3 where you'll clear security at the gate. Of course anything goes wrong then you're relying on Vietnam airlines sorting you out or worst case having to get yourself accomodation and a new ticket

I do see your dilemma as that's the last flight going out that day. Just bear in mind, you only need to be delayed by just 50 minutes to run out of the 90minutes sammyg901 talks about. Looking at the past flights for the last seven days, you should be ok. Although there was one that was significantly delayed.
