So long as you get out of there by about 3.30pm it should only take you 20mins. Leaving at 11am means you have to be at the airport by 9am, means it could take you a bit longer, maybe 30-40mins.

For a 15:35 arrival from DPS on Air Asia, would it be faster to take the MRT to Somerset with just a carry-on roller, than to take a taxi? (clearing immigration, claim baggage, queue at taxi stand, peak hour traffic...)
I understand there are 2 changes to make - one at the EW4, (forgot the name of the station), then at City Hall to the red line going North to Somerset. Is it $2 fare or $4?

The train is a single fare from Changi Airport to Somerset, you only need to change platforms, no need to come out of the fare gates.

Is there Uber, Lyft, or other similar services in Singapore?
I arrive there at 11:55pm, and imagine I will be ready to leave around 1am (getting off plane, immigration, no checked bags, ATM, etc.)
Do you think there would be a long line for a taxi at that hour, on a Friday night in January?
My destination is the Conrad.

If I arrive at 11:55pm, I expect to be in the Conrad by 1am (by taxi) - not at the taxi line.
