Breakfast on SQ is good, especially the Chinese option out of Changi! Anyway, just noticed that they now offer ice cream as a dessert for both lunch and dinner. Is that the norm now? It've been a while since I took a flight with both lunch and dinner. But I remember they only offer ice cream for one meal, and a cake of some sorts for the other.

There is no doubt that breakfast served onboard SQ are much superior to those served by most other carriers. :) I also love the eggs and congees served for breakfast by SQ amd CX. But onboard long haul flights I prefer that my meals are the non-breakfast types. ;)

Haha indeed I do! When I used to take SQ to Asia I would aim at catching morning flights so I'd get to eat the chive omeletes! More often than not I get the cold intercontinental brekkies though. :(

Oh and I love the frittatas and eggcakes on QF flights too. :P

I have the menu from SQ235 (SIN-BNE) and SQ246 (BNE-SIN) from mid-September. If you folks are interested I'll post it up later in the day. Got to rush some work first! :D
