Adding Flights to "My Bookings" on SQ Website?

I have an e-ticket (confirmed) that was booked through a third party agency and even though I have gotten SQ Reservations to add my Krisflyer number to the reservation, it does not show up in "My Bookings" when I log into the SQ website.

Is it possible to add my flight to "My Bookings"?

That's because you didn't book the ticket through the SQ website. Only bookings made through the SQ site can be viewed online.

I'm flying SIN-SFO tomorrow, and it was not in "My Bookings" when I checked earlier in the week - couldn't do an Internet Check-in either. But my SIN-HKG flight in July appears in "My Bookings" => both booked through AMEX Travel at work.

Strange...

You may check your booking itineary at www.virtuallythere.com as long as the carrier, your TA, or souce of booking have provided you with a reservation sabre confirmation code.

Both bookings are on Virtually There - I'll ask the AMEX Travel office at work if they know why.

Cheers.

Well you must enter the correct reservation code number which I'm sure Amex has provided for you or should be able to obtain if you ask.

Correct reservation code for My Bookings or VT (which I can see the booking - e-mail confirmation from AMEX Travel always has the URL embedded)?

I just tried Internet Check-in again without logging in; returned an error message "We apologise that we are unable to identify the passenger on the flight". I'm wondering if that's because I've already done phone check-in.

Not a big deal anyways; thanks for the tips.

Cheers.

That would be VT. During your initial booking, there are two codes that are normally provided for you: 1) The carrier locator code 2) Sabre locator code

The locator code that you should enter for VT is the sabre locator code which I believe is normally a six digit code. If you have trouble locating that code, you may call Amex and ask one of their reservation representatives to locate it for you. You would also need to input your last name to view your schedule at VT.

If for some reason you can't pull anything out of VT and are still concern regarding the status of your booking, then call SQ reservations and they will gladly review the itineary for you.

With regards to my OP I guess then I am unable to add the reservations to "My Bookings" and therefore can't use SMS check-in.

Does anyone know if I can still use telephone check-in 48 hours in advance, since I would like to secure an exit row aisle seat if possible.

I'm sorry but I'm still not very clear regarding the point you're trying to come across.

Your question is regards to whether you can add extra flights to an existing reservation. Is that what you're asking? If so, you will either a) have to change your tickets or b) have to purchase a separate ticket for the new segments. If you go with option (a), it will depend on the rules and conditions of your existing reservations which you have not specified in greater details.

I already have my ticket, I just want it to show up on the SQ website so I can use Internet Check-In.

It doesn't need to show up under My Bookings in order for you to do internet check-in. I'm not sure why you think you can't use phone check-in either. All this have been in place for a long time. There is no connection between My Bookings and your ability to internet/phone check in.
