Discounted ONE WAY Tickets
Does anyone know a Travel Agent (most likely in Singapore) that can Discount SQ Tickets One Way ie: from Singapore to Taipei? A second alternative would be to fly EVA but SQ is my first Choice. The Fare would Most Likely be in Business Class if that helps. I tried Zuji.com but it gave me the same fare as SQ's Website. I guess I might be SOL on this one. The Reason for one way is the Itinary looks like this
XMN-SIN on MI (Silk Air) in BUSINESS
SIN-TPE on SQ or BR in BUSINESS
TPE-HKG or BKK on CX/TG in BUSINESS AS SQ is so far out of the way for this.
HKG/BKK to XMN.
Of course if anyone knows a good Travel Agent in China that can book Discount fares and speak English that would be of help also. As this is sort of a Circle Asia Trip. I know already the Taipei to China is the killer portion.
Thanks,

I would try Misa Travel. I have never used a TA to purchase fares ex-SIN, but some of my friends and colleagues have had success using them for SQ biz fares.

They sell by the sector (eg. rtn = 2x OW). Booking via internet only. I tried some random date, price starts about S$136++ OW (eg. US$80). Daily flight dept 12:30-17:10. Hope that helps.

Just to add: JetStarAsia is a low cost airline own by Qantas based in Singapore. Unlike some others, they operates brand new aircrafts (not 2nd hand). There is only 1 class, and you may have to buy your own food on board.

SQ ex-SIN have no discounts oneway. TAs sell the same fares in premium class as SQ direct. Your best bet is to fly on another carrier. Say TG via BKK, or MH via KUL. These might offer something less than SQ or CX do.
