I've seen HK celebrity Leon Lai board the same flight as I was on SQ1 SFO-HKG. Of course he was seated in F while I was only in Y. But nonetheless I spotted him boarding the a/c when they called out the F passengers.

I am not all that familiar with Asian celebrities, so I may have missed some, but I saw Sarah Michelle Geller in the LAX SKL waiting to fly to NRT (alas, she was in F, and I in C, so I didn't see her after the lounge), and The Rock (the wrestler/actor) flying from SIN-KUL.
