Hi sing2000 and welcome to FT.
TPP is the synonymous for Solitaire PPS....
QPP stands for PPS

BTW, you can find more info about PPS FTers on this thread....
http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/showthread.php?t=430111

Welcome Sing2000! Please feel free to tell us a little bit about yourself and your flying, if you are so inclined.

Hi sing2000, and welcome to FT and the SQ forum. I think you'll find this a friendly place to hang out.

BTW, did you mean what does the T in TPP stand for? Not sure, guessing SoliTaire?

My guess is TPP = Top Priority Passenger, since QPP = Qualified Priority Passenger.

Welcome to FT. And it's great to know someone to be LPP soon. We need someone to fill that top of the list LPP in PPS Circle. Congratulations! ^

That sounds like a better guess than mine, Mr Top Priority Passenger.

Reminds me of the days, not that long ago, when I was trying to find out what "PPS" stood for... it's funny how SQ doesn't publicise it at all. Wonder why?

I'm not exactly sure what you mean by the question, but PPS is SQ's legacy frequent flyer programme -- I guess they don't see the point of explaining or publicising it. Besides, if you have to ask....

Thanks everybody for the warm welcome. I am TPP 9 and have about 50 sectors to go for LLP - should be feasible. Funny thing is that wrt to the miles I am not even close (< 1mn miles).
And I have the distinct feeling without having checked that SQ has made it harder to reach LPP. I do not see why e.g. SIN-CGK-SIN gives you 2.5 sdectors in J and so does SIN-TPE-SIN.

Will you make LPP this year (or perhaps next year)?

Has the earning rates changed significantly in the past or do you have a lot of short hops CGK/BKK etc?
