SQ website error (Error Code: CP15079)
I was trying to book a multi city itineary and SQ website keeps generating this error :
Your itinerary cannot be confirmed right now. Please try again. (Error code: CP15079)
Does anyone encounter this problem?
Someone in SQ facebook reported this error and SQ suggest to clear the cache, use another browser and only open one window. I did all that and still it doesn't work. I tried a different brower ( Chrome, Safari ) all don't work. If anyone has a work around that will be helpful.
Trying to reach SQ was put on hold for hours. Trying to reach the agent via online chat is faster but the agents looks poorly trained and cannot understand the problem.
Airline service ( off the air ) seems to be getting from bad to worse and now includes my beloved SQ. Sigh...

Received this same error today trying to book multi-city flights. Was told by customer service that it was because the same flight class, ie. Premium economy light, wasn’t available on all the flights so it couldn’t be booked on the website, even though it showed as being available. Very frustrating. Customer service rep said that the website didn’t have all the updated information that they, the reps, had available.

What specific route if you could share?
Forget about live chat and calls - reason as you mentioned.
I've ticketed few boomerangs as of mid February and all is ok.
But starting late Feb, CS has problems pricing it.

Even when trying to ticket the same itinerary thru an OTA, seems to be the same issue.
The routing is:
MAA - SIN - Aug 15th/ SQ 527
SIN- MEL - Aug 16th/ SQ 217
MEL - MAA - Oct 18th/ SQ 238

Your MAA-SIN-MEL is a simple continuos routing. Should be able to issue and price.
Weird that you got issue?..

We are trying to book
JFK to DPS through SIN
DPS to FRA through SIN
FRA to JFK
I have tried multiple ways of breaking these flights down into separate flights. It seems like the DPS to SIN route is the problem. If I take that piece out, I can book. Very strange as there are multiple DPS to SIN flights each day.

This is when having an airline city office makes it easy to go to and sort out such issues.
Trying to get hold of an actual person on the customer service helpline is next to impossible.

I have an update and a "fix" for that Error Code: CP15079
After a lengthy online chat with a Singapore Airlines rep, he finally worked out that one of the segments from my multi-city itinerary (Tokyo-Singapore-Bali-Tokyo) was "not combinable (sic) with the other flights and it won’t push through the system here and probably that is the reason why you’re getting an error".
He identified which one, and after choosing a different time, I was able to book. It's not a proper fix, but that's the reason for the error message. It's very silly that flights that can't be combined are still displayed on their own website, but...
Hope this somehow helps!

Issue still exists
Has anyone got a better work around than finding a different flight.
Been waiting for a call back form Singapore AIrlines for 48 hours now..........
Trying to book CHC - SIN, SIN - CDG, MXP - SIN, SIN - CHC
I was wondering if it is because we are more than 6 months out form travle and one of the flights is a code share with AIr New Zealand?

Presumably the problem with your multi city itinerary is that you have a gap between CDG and MXP (though SQ multi city is always a nightmare to get working). Maybe just try to book CHC-CDG and MXP-CHC as two one-way journeys.
