Update
SIA was delayed 40 mins and without fast track lane ( no fast track immigration and security check for T5 domestic), I MADE IT ONTIME! (normal check in time 8:45 am and I arrived around 8:55, 9:25 departure time but delayed 30mins) well, immigration and security weren't that busy as well.

Can I please just check if this is still the case - SYD - CDG on SQ (J) then BA CDG - LHR on separate tickets. Will SQ still check bags all the way to Heathrow?
As an aside, if anyone is familiar with CDG, is 3.15hrs enough between scheduled landing and departure (on a Friday in December mid-morning) - either with or without SQ interlining?

Probably. SQ is quite generous with through-checking across separate tickets on different carriers. They're not obligated to do so, but as long as the check-in staff are cooperative enough you should be fine.
