if they are not replacing with a plane with PE, then SQ will usually change the plane type in GDS around 1-2 months before schedule revision.
So it is up to any body guess. But most likely will be next year as it seem like the next 5 new A350 to be delivered are all long haul variance (for IST/SEA/CPH) and 2x787 which are expected to deliver in aug/sep have already been allocated to Male/Guangzhou/Manila.
But I agree that WLG is not likely on the list for a near-term aircraft swap.
