Go to the limo/taxi desk and ask for a Maxicab. It's a minivan that'll take you anywhere in SG for S$45 per trip. No need for prebooking but if you'd like, there is a website, and if you book on the 'net it costs only S$38.

You can fit in the Presidio (mercedes sedan) but with luggage it'll be a problem. So Maxicab is the way to go.
