Anyone on this flight? How is Stewart Airport treating you?

Glad they are safe. Good that there is a nice long runway for handling in poor weather.

Judging by road conditions around NYC, getting CBP up there is going to be a long long slog.

So close yet, not quite. If it were a new (or even old) A380 and I was in suites, I really wouldn't mind the delay as long as the booze keeps flowing

SWF is technically an international airport because of the few Norwegian flights to there ... so they would be lucky if there were a few CBP officers who live nearby.

There's a flightaware that suggests they were going to YUL but were diverted... Or maybe just glitchy data?

The 24 minute repositioning flight (here's the flight plan!) is scheduled for now, but JFK appears to be closed until 7am tomorrow...

Several CX flights were diverted as well. One to ORD and one at YYZ.

JFK was shut down from 11am Thursday to 7am Friday so everything that wasn't already cancelled got diverted: CX diverted to ORD, YYZ and YVR; NH to IAD and RFD/ORD; the KE A380 went to YYZ and 74H to ORD; OZ, BR and JL all to ORD as well. And EY diverted their A380 to IAD while EK sent an A380 to IAD and another to PIT of all places. Looks like SQ made it the closest to NYC

And SQ actually did bus their passengers to NYC, so if you were a passenger on SQ, you were unfortunately delayed in getting to NYC, but you still got there on the same day as you were supposed to!

Premium passengers must not have been happy to end up in (a) coach after all.
