First time transfer from USA Amex: ~35 hours (first time). Initiated 13:30PST, arrived next day at 23:45PST (also got the email since it was the first activity in my KF account). Was sweating the entire time with a LH F award on hold.

Looks like the Chase UR transfers are going quicker (IME). Initiated ~10:30am and in KF account by ~21:30 same day.

Put in a points transfer request from Citi Thank You to KF exactly one week ago. The points still haven't shown up. How common is it for transfers to take over a week? I see from many DPs above that they take 2 - 3 days maximum.

No problems with the membership number for sure, but I was concerned about an issue with my middle name being on the KF account but not on my Citi account. I called KF and they clarified that the name was not an issue, though. I think the problem is specifically with Citi because I test-transferred the same amount of miles from Amex and Chase and the miles from both banks showed up within the same day. As of this morning my Citi TY points have officially shown up in my KF account (10 days after initiating the transfer), but I have made upwards of 5 calls to both Citi and KF to make this happen, and have had to email KF verifications of the points transfers. This makes me seriously question the value of continuing to use Citi cards.

Transfer requested: 14:30 on 19 June
Transfer completed: 23:00 on 20 June

It may have completed earlier in the day on the Twentieth but I checked at around the twenty-four hour mark and the transfer hadn't been completed yet.
