Had a Maybach for both arrival and return transfers last week. Luck of the draw and on other transfers on the day.

Arrived on Sunday afternoon and left on Thursday (all 3 Maybachs were in use at 5:15 am ferrying guest to the airport)

Also had Maybachs for both transfers during my last stay there in May!

They must have thought he was a struggling AA member and cleared out the mini-bar of alcohol as well. Very thoughtful. Shows they go the extra mile; not just follow instructions.
So, would I sound like a cheap loser if I requested Michelob Ultra (Wife's Fav) but only if it was free?

I don't think the beer is free...only non-alcoholic drinks... Regardless, if you want to enjoy Skylofts, you can't worry about how much things cost... although I wouldn't bother paying for alcohol since it's free in the casino...

right now im only seeing $595.

re the video, i thought MikeE's videos of skylofts and fairway villas were pretty good.

Breakfast options for FHR-bookings?

After reading this great thread, I have a few more questions:

What are the breakfast options for FHR-bookings (the included cont. breakfast)?

Do they have their own (breakfast) restaurant or can I order through room service or have my breakfast at one of the MGMs restaurants?

Somebody wrote about a lounge that is at the Skylofts - is this some sort of Club Lounge like in the Ritz Carltons?

Concerning their butler service: Will they also unpack / pack your bags etc...?

How are they treating small children? We will have our 1 year old baby with us during our trip?

posts 4, 5, 8 discuss public areas, and a wynn tower lounge area is mentioned.

you could try requesting breakfast at mansion, some here have done so. perhaps it depends on occupancy there. one such report >

i would presume they are flexible in terms of timing, especially for (at least continental) breakfast. and you can actually order any mgm restaurant menu item for room service. (pretty unique offering ^)

On our last stay at SkyLofts at the end of March we were upgraded to a 2 BR suite in the end -- we were given a nice 1 BR to begin with and a 2 BR became available so we were asked if we would like to move.

A 2 BR is great but it really is TOO much space for 2 people!! But, we are not complaining!!

We were offered to have breakfast at The Mansion and though the breakfast came to $70+ when all said and done, the entire breakfast was removed from our folio at check-out.

Edited to add: Had Maybach transfers both ways without asking.

I have to ask: What is the tipping situation like at the Skylofts?

Seeing as it seems to include a lot of items and services you would pay for elsewhere in Vegas, does the rate include a service charge or do you just tip like anywhere else?

No included service charge...I ended up tipping larger amounts i.e Housekeeping cleaning a 2000 sq foot loft as opposed to a smaller room. Many a tip to the concierges and butler too.
