Please note: this thread is for questions about flights you have taken where you have not received credit (SQM/SQS/SQD, as well as base Aeroplan points and LQM) or have been credited incorrectly, and how to get that missing credit. If you have a question about whether an upcoming flight can or should earn SQx/points (and how many), please see the status qualification thread. Elite status bonus points (which post separately from normal flight activity) are now covered in a dedicated thread. If you are missing points from an Aeroplan promotion, please post in the thread relating to that promotion, as these points post on their own timelines unrelated to when the flights themselves post.

For flights that have not posted at all, request missing points for a flight (should credit missing SQM/SQS/SQD, as well as Aeroplan points).

If the request is rejected by the automated system, e-mail [email protected].

For flights with SQD missing or incorrect, after SQM/SQS have posted, report a Status Qualifying Dollar discrepancy. It's also possible to e-mail the SQD adjustments team at [email protected]. E-mail does not appear to consistently provide faster responses, although Super Elites may experience faster responses via the concierge.

If all else fails, use the customer service web form (select General Concerns, then Aeroplan, then Other. This will give you a free-form text box where you can explain your situation and attach any supporting files).

Please do not phone AC or Aeroplan about this. Anyone you reach on the phone will be unable to help you. At best, they will fill out the web form above, which will take far longer than if you just do it yourself.

If you are Super Elite, you may wish to instead submit your request to the Concierge team, a recent data point suggests that these requests may be expedited.

I also got an elite bonus or two overnight, so I'm still "only" missing:
1. 2x SQM from late October
2. YVR-YYZ from the 19th (received nothing of any type so far)

Every time you or someone else posts something like this I get so filled with hope that I go check the app...and sure enough...nothing

How can it be this hard for them??

Yeah. They just need a couple of knowledgeable frequent flyers on the team, and most of this crap could be avoided. I wonder where they could recruit some from..

Why would you bother asking the people that eat the dog food every day how the dog food tastes...they might just tell you LOL

My missing flights got manually posted yesterday, still waiting on the SQD though.

I was told the 2x also got escalated to Marketing and theyre aware of the issues.

Super annoying at this point of the year.

LHR-YYZ-YQT (booked on AC site companion pass for partner, and eUpgraded) yesterday. YYZ-YQT posted as expected. LHR-YYZ did not and is just missing. What a nice Christmas gift. See you in 14 days for whatever fresh fun ensues when Ibrry and use the form.

How is this still such a problem in 2025...

(It dawns on me that the segment which didn't post was the eUpgraded segment...)

My flight on Dec 12 from LGA-FCO (via YUL) in PE finally posted correctly overnight ! The return posted correctly the same day (Dec 16th) but I was given no SQD or SQM for the outbound.

It is a Christmas Miracle !!

Still missing for both me and my partner. Is there any known issue with eUps or WCP since the new faster posting came in? Otherwise usual AC randomness...

Submitted my request for YVR-YYZ today for the flight 8 days ago and it immediately posted.

Then I thought "wow that number looks bigger than I expected".

Apparently I don't need to be flying YYZ-IAD-SFO today. Oh well.

I assume you submitted through email? I'm still waiting to hear back from "credits department" for a partner flight I submitted a week ago. Would like it so I could hit threshold.🥲

Same. I emailed and used the online form, online form told me to upload proof of ticket - to which I assume means it goes to 'the credits department' for manual review.

Ticketing said my partner ticket (non-014 stock) was manually changed to a non-eligible booking class for SQM accrual, but they were able to trace back to the original booking class. So if they can do that, so can credits - someone just needs to actually try.

Will probably see if I can call them in the next day or two about it...

Data point: I was missing a connecting flight on A3 (the AC transatlantic segment posted within 24 hrs) so had to wait 2 weeks to file through the online form. At first the system gave me the "this flight has posted" message so I had to upload proof of travel such as the ticket and boarding pass. Got the standard "we will be in touch in 6 to 8 weeks" message but the correct SQM/SQD showed up within minutes. So whatever AI interface they're using worked well as I'm sure it wasn't manual human intervention.

Are you effing kidding me? The form says booking class not eligible for aeroplan points. Their own dang form can't handle an eUpgraded B fare?? Or is it the WCP? Or both?

Clown show... I can't wait for my first flight (the return, also eUpgraded) of 2026 to get no SQC either.

Guess I will sit with "Thank you for submitting your missing flight request. You will receive an email with the outcome in 6 to 8 weeks." from the secondary form, for now.

This stuff makes me so unreasonably peeved. This is basic functionality, and it isn't a small amount of SQD either. It feels like nothing has improved in a decade, where I was also still regularly hitting this stuff (and never getting it fixed, as a pleb). It makes me not want to use the benefits I paid for, because they break things.

EDIT: Just realized I uploaded the PDF they sent me after a schedule change which only shwos my eUpgrade, no money. FML. Maybe the sched change on existing eUp'd/WCP itin broke everything. Who knows.
