Just making sure I'm not missing anything there, but there is no way to product change into the Amex Bonvoy Business card from another product, correct? No other business cards can be product changed to this card? Basically it's apply or not? Thank you

That is correct. One cannot product change (PC) between personal and business AmEx cards. Within AmEx co-branded business AmEx cards, one cannot PC between different "families" (co-brands).
So, yes, it is basically apply for the Marriott BONV°Y business AmEx card or not. 
To me, the 35K Free Night Award (FNA) and 15 Elite Qualifying Nights (EQN) are worth the $125 annual fee.

Right. It does count toward the Amex 5 card limit, so is worth closing if you have lifetime platinum AND want a different card (e.g. Hilton or Delta or BBP).
