Diamond query - 2 rooms 4 people
I'm looking for some guidance please - my wife & myself are planning a trip to Abu Dhabi in November. We are both Diamond (via GGL) and travelling with daughter and son in law, planning to stay at Conrad in Abu Dhabi.
Is it possible for my wife and I both to book a room separately, but then give 1 of the rooms to daughter & son in law ???
This should then allow us to get Diamond benefits - possibly room upgrades, but definitely lounge access for all 4 of us.
I can't see why this wouldn't work, as once we're checked in hotel shouldn't be interested in who is staying in which room, but just thought it was worth checking.

The Conrad Abu Dhabi ethihad towers does not have an executive lounge (it has club 45 which is a separate chargeable level ( HH D do not get complimentary access) ( Conrad Dubai does have a very good lounge)
Diamonds do get free breakfast and there is a separate area in the restaurant for evening snacks and drinks
Your plan should work
Details of Conrad Abu dhabi can be found here

Thanks for info about Club 45. We stayed here a couple of times before when it was Jumeirah, and lounge was excellent, so a bit disappointing to find Diamonds don't get access.
Seems a bit unfair, however, I note that the thread you directed me to has many people complaining about the lounge situation.
