No one-time-pin send
Since many months i not receive the one time pin to my mobile phone. I did not called Qatar about this issue because i still received the pin by mail, but since 4 days i also not receive the pin by rmail.
I only got the message pin was send to phone+email when i try to log into my account on the app or browser but i receive nothing.
Qatar helpline was not of big help.
Someone got the same issue and how was it solved?

Yes, it's been happening to me too. On Saturday I tried multiple times and the the texts never came through (I must switch emails back on...), but yesterday it was almost instant on the first attempt.
Edit: This morning the first didn't arrive so I requested another and it arrived instantly. I needed to login again later in the morning and the first attempt was succesful with the text arriving instantly.

Thanks Steve. Problem I have is that OTPs working fine till weekend but now big delays - come through on my email after about an hour or more and therefore expired. Direct emails from QR and everyone else come through instantly. Requesting another OTP repeatedly apparently puts me in danger of a 24hr account block. Can't even add SMS notification as need an OTP to do that! Have tried changing pw and from Safari to Chrome but QR only response is to say that OTPs being sent... very frustrating!

From time to time, the delivery of the OTP emails or SMS messages can fail or be delayed. The blockage on any particular day could be anywhere between QR, one of the various service providers en route, and us.
It doesn't help those wanting to make an urgent transaction, but best practice once you can get back into your account is to enable OTP sending to both email and phone, and ensure that your contact details, country code & dialling format etc are up to date.

Thanks for all the above good advice, but how do you make any changes to email or phone contacts or to add SMS notification without an OTP to log in?
